The first client, and an alliance

28 July 2026

Simona Adele Grassi in front of Val di Sole, beside the noslab.it mark: your website, your shopfront on Val di Sole

Some thresholds are crossed only once. Until yesterday NosLab had built for itself and for the realities closest to home: its own site, the Punto Riflesso ecosystem, the El Brenz app, Cristian’s compass. Real work, all of it, but all within the family. From today there is a first piece made for a client: gsa-pejo.com.

GSA is the business of Simona Adele Grassi, digital consultant and photographer, based in Peio, in the heart of Val di Pejo. She handles digital and social advertising, photography, traditional advertising (vehicle decals, workwear, branded gifts) and office management, electronic invoicing included, for companies and private clients across Trentino, Brescia and Bergamo. Her site introduces her with a line that says everything: she solves problems with efficiency, clarity and a great deal of energy.

Building a first site for someone who is not you is a different test altogether. When you work for yourself, you already have the voice. When you work for someone else, you have to listen for it, and then step aside: the tool is ours, the voice stays theirs. It is the first serious test of the four words we keep in front of us, care, custody, depth, roots, because with a real client they stop being declarations and become commitments.

But the news does not end with the site. With Simona a two-way collaboration begins, and this is the part that changes the shape of the workshop. She knows the small businesses of Val di Sole, their people, their way of working: she brings them digital solutions and, when bespoke technology is needed, we build it. Platforms, management systems, coupon systems, automated assistants. She stands at the front, we stay behind the counter.

GSA flyer co-branded with noslab.it: Simona Adele Grassi in front of Val di Sole, with her list of services and a number to call for a free consultation
The flyer Simona designed to bring NosLab sites to the businesses of the valley. The two marks sit side by side, as they do in the work.

For NosLab this means something concrete: from today there is an operational commercial side, with someone on the ground who speaks to the people who live there. A workshop does not survive on craft alone; it survives on doors that open, and doors are opened by those who belong. Simona belongs here, and her own flyer puts it better than we could: local, like you.

NosLab’s evolution is constant, and it rarely arrives where we expect it. We thought we were delivering a website. What came out was an alliance.
